Traceability is the process whereby the consumer is allowed to trace backward the production path "from dinner table to the fields" by means of a system that records information throughout the production thread.

The olive oil that reaches your dinner table is the result of a processing cycle (production thread) which includes the olive farmer, the oil-mill worker, the packer, and the distributor.

In order to guarantee the best to its customers, our Company has voluntarily decided to adhere to UNAPROL's tracing system, submitting itself to all norms and inspections performed by an external certifying authority, referring to the ISO 22005:08 norm.
